Answer:

The main important part of a healthy relationship is communication and understanding. Withouting understanding, you would feel uncomfortable to communicate to each other. That leads to bottle up emotions and suffering. Communication and understanding can resolve a unhealthy relationship if you're able to talk about your worries and you won't have to feel weighed down alone.

Example: if you didnt have those ;

I was angry at (person) but if i told (person) they will yell at me for being self-centered, so i cry to myself alone.

Example 2: Positive verison ;

I was angry at (person), I told them why I was angry, they apologised and I felt relieved, it was a misunderstanding and we both confused each others emotions and overthinked our words.
