Answer:

National Citizenship- A citizen is a participatory member of a political community. Citizenship is gained by meeting the legal requirements of a national, state, or local government. A nation grants certain rights and privileges to its citizens. In return, citizens are expected to obey their country's laws and defend it against its enemies.

Global Citizenship- A global citizen is someone who is aware of and understands the wider world - and their place in it. They take an active role in their community, and work with others to make our planet more equal, fair and sustainable

Local Citizenship- Although it is usually assumed that only the federal government can confer citizenship, localities often give residents who are noncitizens at the federal level the benefits of local citizenship: access to medical care, education, housing, security, labor and consumer markets, and even voting rights.

What changes do seeds and seedlings undergo during germination an dearly growth.
Elis [28]

Seeds grow as they drink water, hydrating enzymes and food sources. Enzymes that have been hydrated become active, and the seed's metabolic activities increase in order to provide energy for the growth process. Furthermore, the water increases turgid pressure in the cells, allowing them to expand.

Nationalism users in a romantic movement in arts and ideas. How did the ideas of romanticism contrast with Enlightenment ideas?-
jeyben [28]

Answer:

Well, since your question is actually a number of questions (all related to one topic, of course), I'll try to give a short a concise answer to each one of them.

1) How did the ideas of romanticism contrast with Enlighenment ideas?

The first and most important thing to understand about Romanticism is that it began as a response Enlightenment; it opposed to the enllighted argument saying that reason should be the center of human creation. Therefore, art, in its various forms, was impacted and transformed by this notion.

2) How were the ideas of romanticim reflected in literature?

Emotions and feelings, specilly passionate ones, started being the center of novelistic and poetic works. Frankeistein or the Human Prometheus and The Scarlett Letter are good examples of literature pieces where narrative is focused on the inner perspective of the main character; completely different from a dettacherd point of view, feature quite traceable in the Enlighted novels.

3) How was romanticism reflected in art?

Here, I asume, by art you mean visual arts.

If such, it is fair to say that romantic painting implied a transformation in the topics and themes, rather that in the ways and hows. It started portraiting heroes and epic moments in History, it embeded the ideas of nationalism.

4) How did romanticism affect the music of the time?

The ideal for the Romantic composer was to reflect his own feelings and emotions in his compositions in order to instill in the listener certain preconceived moods. Othe features were: freedom of form and design, song-like melodies (lyrical), as well as many chromatic harmonies and discords.

Supporters and opponents of the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission ruling would most disagree about the answer to wh
dangina [55]

The correct answre is D.

Citizens United v. FEC was a case which led to the enactment of a landmark decision by the US Supreme Court in 2010.

The Federal Election Comission, a conservative non-profit organization, broadcasted an advertsiment against the aspiration of Hilary Clinton during the 2008 presidential election. Such ad had an audience superior to 50,000.

The freedom of speech right, guaranteed by the First Amendment to the US Constitution, states that goverment cannot limit communications financed with private funds and performed by nonprofit corporations, for-profit corporations, labor unions, and other associations.

On the other hand, the federal law explicitly prohibits such organizations from "electioneering communication" in the 60 days prior to the election, if these communications reach more than 50,000 people from the electorate. Therefore, the US Supreme Court declared that the Federal Election Comission had acted against the federal law and the US Constitution.
