Answer:

The slope is

-  \frac{5}{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

Remember:

m = \frac{y_2 - y_1 }{x_2 - x_1}

Let's plug in!

m = \frac{  - 12 - 3}{4 - ( - 2)} = \frac{  - 15}{ \: \: \: 6} = - \frac{5}{2}

Answer: c) -5/2

hi! i'm the same person who answered your other question so i used a slope calculator again :)

but the equation is y2-y1 divided by x2-x1

so it's just from the coordinates (-2,3) and (4,-12) and the expression is

-12-3 divided by 4-(-2)

which is just -15 divided by 6 which you can divide by 3 for both parts of the fraction which is:

-5 divided by 2

i hope this helps :)

The quantities x and y are proportional. Find the constant of proportionality r in the equation y = ex
Volgvan

Answer:

Here,  <em>e</em> is the proportionality constant.

Step-by-step explanation:

Two quantities P and q are said to in proportion if and only if they have equivalent fraction in each case.

or, \frac{P}{Q}  = k for each value of P and Q.

Here, k is called the Proportionality Constant.

Now here given:   x and y are in proportion.

also, y = ex

⇒\frac{y}{x}  = e

So, here e is the proportionality constant.

Find the measure of the missing angles in this triangle
SashulF [63]

Sum of all angles on one line is 180 degrees.

We have the exterior angle for one angle, so the interior angle = 180 - 136 = 44 degrees.

That angle is the same angle as the one to the right, because those two sides are the same, hence these two angles must be the same.

The sum of all angles in a triangle is 180 degrees. The remaining angle = 180 - 44 - 44 = 92 degrees.

The correct answer is: 44, 44, 92.
