They wrote the Articles of Confederation in order to effectively govern the United States. However, the articles were not effective as it can run a weaker and disorganized type of government. The Framers decided to rewrite the plan in order to improve this Article further, thus leading to the government of the first 13 states after the Revolutionary war.

Egypt has always centered everything including farming and agriculture around it's prime location around the Nile River and the abundance of water it has always provided. As of late, the Nile River is becoming depleted over time because the northerly bordering Nation of Ethiopia has been building dams and impeding the flow. Potential war may erupt over this issue of water sharing. Actually quite interesting.
