I guess this would be one.... So one day I went to the mall with my family and as we entered a Starbucks barista screamed something I don’t remember what but he heard gun shooting and everyone in the mall started running as well as my family and we were freaking OUT, so we went out and yeah called my dad to pick us up and there were police everywhere ( it actually ended up being two men fighting on the top floor and people thought it was a gun shooting) but yeah it was scary

Long story short my brother tripped my with this metal leash my german shepard was on and ran towards the dog causing the dog to wrap the leash around my neck multiple times, but thankfully my grandpa was outside when it happened so he got to me before i could get strangled to death

5. Quad Pull

This stretches your thighs and improves mobility.

How to do it: Stand with your feet together. Put your arms at your sides. Use a wall or table for support and put your right hand on it. Balance on your right leg. Bring your left leg back until you can grab it with your left hand. Make sure you maintain a straight line from your head to your tailbone with your chest lifted.
