Answer:

Yes... and, No.

But I say No.

WELL...

1.) The first step to saving anyone from possible health injury or issue:

Before conducting care for an ill or injured person, check your surroundings and the person who is injured. Size up the scene, or take in any form of the initial impression. (What caused this person to be in such a state.)

2.) Pause and look at the scene and the person before responding or taking any action. Then consider asking yourself the following questions:

- Is the scene safe to enter?

- What happened?

- How many people are involved in the incident?

- What is my impression about the health state of the person’s illness or injury? & OR does the person have any life-threatening conditions, such as severe, life-threatening bleeding? (Severe Internal bleeding, wounds, punctures)

And lastly,

- Is anyone else available to help or assist?

(*** Always call 911 beforehand taking any action ***)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~ There are many situations where either the person is responsive or unresponsive. Whether the person is breathing or not breathing. Always check for a pulse. Evaluating the person is okay, but it's recommended to call for help before taking any action. Especially if the people around the injured arent certified by any means, of saving one's life. (CPR Certified, etc. // Registered Docter// OR Nurse)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hope I helped!!!
