When dividing two fractions, the process is very easy.  You simply multiply the numerator fraction by the reciprocal of the denominator fraction.  In other words:

\frac{a}{b}  \div \frac{c}{d} \\= \frac{a}{b}  \times \frac{d}{c} \\= \frac{a \times d}{b \times c}
