In the given situation above, the TCS food in temperature danger zone in four hours or longer should be thrown out for this could provide microorganisms to grow in the food and this could promote spoilage in which it could damage the health of the person who is going to eat the food. It is unhealthy to eat the food given if the situation above is being applied.
