trapecia [35]

Answer:

Below

Explanation:

Carbon Monoxide chemical symbol is CO

Nitrogen Oxides chemical symbol is NO

Ozone chemical symbol is O3

Particulate Matter symbol is PM

Lead chemical symbol is Pb

Carbon Monoxide physical characteristics: Colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, highly poisonous gas of about the same density as that of air.

Nitrogen Oxides physical characteristics: gas at room temperature, is 1 1/2 times denser than air, is colorless, tasteless, and has a slightly sweet odor.

Ozone: Pure ozone is a blue gas, with a strong irritating smell. ...

It is about 1.5 times heavier than air and has a vapor density of 24,absorbs radiation strongly

Particulate Matter:the sum of all solid and liquid particles suspended in air many of which are hazardous. includes both organic and inorganic particles.

Lead: Lead is a bluish-white lustrous metal. It is very soft, highly malleable, ductile, and a relatively poor conductor of electricity. It is very resistant to corrosion but tarnishes upon exposure to air.

Carbon Monoxide health effects: Breathing CO can cause headache, dizziness, vomiting, and nausea. If CO levels are high enough, you may become unconscious or die. Exposure to moderate and high levels of CO over long periods of time has also been linked with increased risk of heart disease.

Nitrogen Oxide: long-term exposure may lead to respiratory infections and asthma which could lead to death. when first exposed to it, respiratory diseases may be aggravated.

Ozone: Breathing ozone can trigger a variety of health problems including chest pain, coughing, throat irritation, and airway inflammation. It also can reduce lung function and harm lung tissue. Ozone can worsen bronchitis, emphysema, and asthma , leading to increased medical care .

Particulate Matter: exposure may lead to premature death or heart disease, non-fatal heart attacks, irregular heartbeat, aggravated asthma, decreased lung functions, and increased respiratory system symptoms.

Lead: Exposure to high levels of lead may cause anemia, weakness, and kidney and brain damage. Very high lead exposure can cause death. Lead can damage a developing baby's nervous system.

Why is it important to balance the rate of extraction of water from an aquifer with its rate of recharge?
gladu [14]

The quantity of water in the water table can change rapidly depending on the rate of extraction. As the level of water decreases in the aquifer, there is less available water to be pumped. If the rate of potential groundwater recharge is less than the rate of extraction, the water table will be too low for access.
