I see the answers,but where is the problem (equation that needs to be solved)
1. -6 ÷ -2 = 3
(Negative divided by a Negative = Positive)
3.(-1)(-3) = 3
(Same rule as division)
As far as im concerned the rest came out to be negative answers or not even 3
The answer is: [C]: "<span>Equation 3" .
_________________________________________________________
{which is: " y = 5x – 1 " } .
_________________________________________________________
<u>Note</u>: Among the FOUR (4) equations in the answer choices; "Equation 3" is the only equation that does NOT contain an "exponent" (that is; an exponent other than the (implied exponent of "postive 1").
_________________________________________________________
Furthermore, "Equation 3" is written in "slope-intercept form" ; that is:
"y = mx + b" ; the form of a linear equation.
_________________________________________________________</span>
Answer:
Step-by-step explanation:
rearrange this equation into slope-intercept form(y=mx+b)
2y=-6-x
y=-3-x/2
y=-1/2*x-3
m is the slope
b is the y-int
slope=1/2
y-int= -3
