Answer: Alcohol  can cause deadly health problems. As it can harm the digestive system. This can lead to all types of problems like with your bladder and can kill good cells. Speaking of cells this can also kill your brain cells. Then you wouldn't be able to fully process your thought and your memory would very badly be affected. It would also cause loss of sleep, which would soon led to you looking like a walking zombie. Now that we went over the bad reasons of alcohol, you can know the benefits of being alcohol free will lead to better sleep, better mental health, better memory, better physical appearance, more energy for the day, and even staying on task more goals or things done.
