some occasions yes and other no for example if a fraction was 3/9 the numerator is prime but the fraction can still be simplified to 1/3 but a number were 3/5 then you wouldn't be able to simplify it
The answer is 1/6 bottles of red paint. For how I got it was I multiplied 2/3*1/4 which was 2/12 and when u simplify it, your answer is 1/6. Hope this helped!!!
