8 0

Answer:

at least 9 students in each cohort.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that :

In a class, there are 25 students and each of them is either a sophomore, a freshman or a junior. We have to determine the number students in the same cohort.

Let us suppose there are equal number of students in each of the cohort.

Now let us assume that the number of the students in each cohort be 8, i.e. each as a freshman, a junior or a sophomore. Therefore, the total number in the all the cohorts will be 24 students only.

Thus, we can say that there are at least 9 freshman, at least 9 sophomore or at least 9 junior in each of the cohort.

The price of a candy bar is $1.53. If this is three cents more than triple the price ten years ago, how much did the candy bar c
Tamiku [17]

Answer:

$0.51

Step-by-step explanation:

Hello! Using what we know, the price of the candy bar at the moment is $1.53, triple the price from 10 years ago. So, triple cents would technically be $0.03. We divide $1.53 and $0.03 and get 51! But, it would not make sense for the price ten years ago to be 51 then go to 1.53, so we make 51 a decimal, 0.51. We can check to see if this correct, by doing 0.51 times 3, because the price is tripling, and we get $1.53! Have an awesome day! :)

Drag steps of the solution into order to solve for x in the equation 6(x–5)=54.
Zanzabum
Alright first things first you need to distrubute 6(x-5) so that will be 6x-30=54
In order for you to get x by itself you need to add -30 on both sides so  that'll be your second step is to add -30 on both sides: -30+-30  54+-30. Cancel out -30 and add the 54 and -30 together and you'll get 24.
Third and final step you have 6x=24 but you aren't done yet. You need to get X by it self so divide 6 on both sides. Cancel out the x and now you have x by itself. Divide 24 and 6 and you'll get 4

So your answer will be x=4.

Hope this helped :)
