We've been learning this recently.

It says PQ=RQ

I think PS=RS

So B should be 17

Hope you have a great say!

PQ and RQ are Congruent, therefore, SQ bisects PR. SR=PS, SR=17 so PS=17

B=17

What's the explicit formula for 5,10,15,20,25,30
vivado [14]

Answer:

a_{n} = 5n

Step-by-step explanation:

There is a common difference d between consecutive terms

d = 10 - 5 = 15 - 10 = 20 - 15 = 25 - 20 = 30 - 25 = 5

This indicates the sequence is arithmetic with explicit formula

a_{n} = a₁ + (n - 1)d

where a₁ is the first term and d the common difference

Here a₁ = 5 and d = 5 , then

a_{n} = 5 + 5(n - 1) = 5 + 5n - 5 = 5n

Are the ratios equivalent and how
Hitman42 [59]
 The ratios are equivalent because you multiplied 18:4 by 2&3. And also you divided it by 2. I had the same homework!

Write the given roots to quadraatic equation
german

Answer:

It's like solving a quadratic, but in reverse, and in this case you'll arrive at x2+x−12=0

Explanation:

We're going to go "backwards" with this problem - normally we're asked to take a quadratic equation and find the roots. So we'll do what we normally do, but in reverse:

Let's start with the roots:

x=3, x=−4

So let's move the constants over with the x terms to have equations equal to 0:

x−3=0, x+4=0

Now we can set up the equation, as:

(x−3)(x+4)=0

We can now distribute out the 2 quantities:

x2+x−12=0
