Explanation:

Relative density can be obtained from;

Upthrust in liquid/upthrust in water

Upthrust in liquid = Weight in air - Weight in liquid

upthrust in water = Weight in air - Weight in water

Hence;

Relative density = Weight in air - Weight in liquid/Weight in air - Weight in water

Relative density =  3.4 N - 1.5 N/ 3.4 N - 1.9 N

Relative density = 1.9 N/ 1.5 N

Relative density = 1.3
