As bacteria and microorganisms invade every platform of the object we touch and even ourselves, we have to lessen and minimise the risk of these microbes from invading our body system.

The reason for cleaning dishes, utensils and food prep surfaces is somehow self-explanatory but in a more particular reason to minimise the growth of microbes that could cause our system to a lot of different disorders and complications.

This routine can help us prevent diseases such as:
Digestive tract complications like watery stool, hepatits, upset stomach and etc.
