Explanation:

"CPR" stands for <em>"Cardiopulmonary resuscitation." </em>This is a technique that is being used in order<u> to save the lives of people in emergency situations</u>. This is only done when the person has<em> "no pulse."</em> A CPR allows the oxygenated blood to be delivered to the body's vital organs, including the brain, which then prevents the person from dying.

In order to<em> "restore the blood circulation</em>," you have to use your upper body weight in compressing the person's chest. <u>It should be at least 5 cm or 2 inches</u>, but <em>not greater than 6 cm</em>. This assures quality chest compressions. The rate should be at <em>100 to 200 compressions.</em> It should be done in an uninterrupted fashion.

i am a archery person and   i do this all way to 11:00 to 12:00 i meet  people had really bad sportsmanship with bowin and arrows. they will shoot they dont  pay attaio naround their surronding and  one  other person almost got hit by a arrow.  in a postive way that person should've  pay attention to make sure everyone out away and makes sure the person do the 11 steps  to stay safe  and dont get hit by the string when relase the arrow .
