Answer:

Use upper body weight to compress the chest about two inches, at a rate of 100 compressions per minute.

Explanation:

"CPR" stands for <em>"Cardiopulmonary resuscitation." </em>This is a technique that is being used in order<u> to save the lives of people in emergency situations</u>. This is only done when the person has<em> "no pulse."</em> A CPR allows the oxygenated blood to be delivered to the body's vital organs, including the brain, which then prevents the person from dying.

In order to<em> "restore the blood circulation</em>," you have to use your upper body weight in compressing the person's chest. <u>It should be at least 5 cm or 2 inches</u>, but <em>not greater than 6 cm</em>. This assures quality chest compressions. The rate should be at <em>100 to 200 compressions.</em> It should be done in an uninterrupted fashion.

What is the Three reason why a balanced diet is important when doing exercise
hjlf
A balanced diet, one that includes carbohydrates, proteins, and fats is necessary to slow down digestion. Each plays a different role when it comes to metabolism and energy use. Fats are necessary for the long runs as they are your primary fuel source when carbs run out , carbs are necessary for the medium length runs when your phosphocreatine runs out. Proteins are necessary for recovery. An Adequate ingestion of all the macros post workout, permits recovery for next day training. When it comes to digestion, a mixed meal including all macros slows down digestion and allows the absorption of all nutrients.
