Nutrition and good diet is as important as regular exercise for fitness. Nutrition or healthy diet include uptake of balanced concentration of nutrients via food. Nutrients such as protein, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins and minerals should have a balanced concentration in the diet as all the nutrients act as fuel for the body. Carbohydrate is the main source of energy and its sources include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and beans. Protein helps to keep your body growing, maintained, and repaired and its sources include red meat, dairy products (egg, milk and butter), fish and legumes. Fruits and vegetables are major source of vitamins, minerals and natural fiber, with low calories and fat. Healthy unsaturated fats are rich for fitness and its sources include nuts, avocados, olive oiland seeds. If any one is upto for weight loose, they should maintain the calories diet because cutting down too much calories can affect thier health. Follow the balanced diet to stay fir.
