Classical conditioning involves behavior that is elicited by a stimulus while operant conditioning involves behavior that is emitted by an organism. Classical conditioning is a learning method wherein a potent stimulus is being paired with a neutral stimulus. It is when you relate two stimulus that are different. Operant conditioning, on the other hand, is learning that involves behavior being controlled by the consequences with it.

false a citizen is defined as someone born in the country with that country's birth certificate or a citizen can be defined as someone with a citizenship card. so you don't have to be loyal to a state or nation to be a citizen you just have to have either one of those items.
