Jennifer can manage her time better by having a specific homework time. Maybe 2 hours a day then take a break. Don't stress about it while she is at work.

Her friends probably could see if she needs any help.

find times you are free and do something you like then after you feel refreshed fix your schedule you have work from lets say 3:00-6:00 PM well work on homework from 7:00-8:00 PM and eat dinner once you get back from work!
