Passe is a ballet movement in which you slide one leg up your other leg (standing on one foot) and bring your pointed toe to your knee cap! (You can either do this in Relevé or on a flat foot!) Passe balance is basically when you balance on one foot, with your leg in Passe ^ as explained above! :)
