This monument is incredible!
During the Mariel boatlift of the early 1980's, there was a large influx of Cuban immigrants. Many of those settled in Miami, and smaller cities in Florida. Most Miami schools, did have a sizeable amount of Hispanics, with Cubans bring the majority.
