I been trying to get someone to help answer 2 of my English questions and 1 spanish question for like 3 weeks and no one wants to help. But they want my help. Like what's up with that.
the line parallel to line y=40-1=39 means it's a horizontal line. Which means it's y coordinate is also a constant. Since it pass through （2,12）,it means the constant of y is 12.
