Im doing this question rn and I believe the answer should be C) the ratio of the student body that are in 12th grade and play two or more sports.

Step-by-step explanation: I chose this bc there are 28 12th graders that play 2 or more sports and the total student body is 612. So 28/612 makes most sense to me. Sorry this is so late but I just checked and it’s right!

How do you transpose a number
Mrac [35]

Answer:

Transposing a number is a type of error where two digits swap position in the sequence. An example would be to enter 13 instead of the desired 31. It could also be the error of dropping a needed zero as in writing 15 instead of the desired 150.

Step-by-step explanation:

Unless by "number" you mean musical score. Then transposing is rewriting the score in a new key.

Book club A charges $20 for membership and $2 per book rental. Book club B charges $10 for membership and $3 per book rental. Fo
Mrrafil [7]

Given:

Book club A charges $20 for membership and $2 per book rental.

Book club B charges $10 for membership and $3 per book rental.

To find:

The number of books for which the cost be the same at both book clubs.

Solution:

Let x be the number of books.

Book club A charges $20 for membership and $2 per book rental. So, the total cost is

C_1=20+2x             ...(i)

Book club B charges $10 for membership and $3 per book rental. So, the total cost is

C_2=10+3x            ...(ii)

Equating (i) and (ii), we get

10+3x=20+2x

3x-2x=20-10

x=10

The total cost is

C_1=20+2(10)

C_1=20+20

C_1=40

Therefore, the total cost at both book clubs are same for 10 rental books and that cost is $40.
