My feelings on the gender pay gap are surprising and it is unequal. I feel like women and men should be payed the Same amount of money especially if they're in the Same field of working. Both genders work just as hard in their job as everyone else and being payed equally means the same amount of success, everyone deserves to be happy so why not be payed equally? why not have the same pay as everyone else? it shouldn't matter about the gender to be honest, it should depend on the career you choose and how much work you put into it. Imagine being a woman working day and night as a certified doctor and you get less pay as a man working day and night as a certified doctor and they both work just as hard,they both work the same shifts and work just as hard as each other and you realise your getting payed lower just because of your gender. Keep that in mind. Those are my feelings on the gender pay gap.
