Answer:

it's answer is D. 33°

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the unknown angle be x Then.

x + 100° + 47° = 180° [ being sum of angles of triangle ]

x + 147° = 180°

x = 180° - 147°

x = 33°

In the given figure, find ∠PQS, if∠PQR = 5x + 25 and∠SQR = 2x + 10.
kramer

Answer:

∠PQS= 3(x +5)

Step-by-step explanation:

∠PQR = 5x + 25

∠SQR+∠PQS= 5x+25

∠PQS = ∠PQR-∠SQR

∠PQS= (5x + 25 )-(2x + 10)

∠PQS = 5x+25 -2x-10

∠PQS= 3x +15

∠PQS= 3(x +5)

Calculate x Give your answer correct to 1 d.p. Х 35° 15 cm<br> it is a trigonometry question.
OlgaM077 [116]

Here we are finding x, given the angle and adjacent side. To find x we will use the function cos as cos = a/h.

So let's do cos(35°) = 15cm / x

cos(35°) = 0.8 (1 dp)

x = 15 cm / cos(35°)

x = 18.3 cm (1 dp)

A. Solve the differential equation <img src="https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=y%27%3D2x%20%5Csqrt%7B1-y%5E2%7D%20" id="TexFormula1" title
kirill [66]
y' = \frac{dy}{dx}

seperable differential equations will have the form
\frac{dy}{dx} = F(x) G(y)

what you do from here is isolate all the y terms on one side and all the X terms on the other
\frac{dy}{G(y)} = F(x) dx
just divided G(y) to both sides and multiply dx to both sides

then integrate both sides
\int \frac{1}{G(y)} dy = \int F(x) dx&#10;&#10;

once you integrate, you will have a constant. use the initial value condition to solve for the constant, then try to isolate x or y if the question asks for it

In your problem,
G(y) = \sqrt{1-y^2}&#10;&#10;F(x) = 2x

so all you need to integrate is
\int \frac{1}{\sqrt{1-y^2}} dy = \int 2x dx
