First, find the volume of the sphere and cube.

Volume of sphere:
4/3 x pi x radius^3
4/3 x pi x 10^3
Sphere volume = 4188.790205

Volume of cube:
Length x width x height
20 x 20 x 20
Cube volume = 8000

Afterwards, subtract the volume of the cube by the volume of the sphere.

8000 - 4188.790205 = 3811.209....
