Disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD) is a childhood condition of extreme irritability, anger, and frequent, intense temper outbursts. DMDD symptoms are not limited only with mood and requires serious medical intervention in severe cases. This disorder is observed with children aged between 6 and 18. To be diagnosed with disorder a child must have these symptoms continuously more than a year. DMDD is fairly new diagnosis. Scientifically it is appeared in Diagnostic and Statistics Manual of Mental Disirder in 2013.

The answer in the space provided is tantrum, it is because a tantrum is a normal response or behavior that a child has when exposed to a stimulus that they don’t like or want and if they show an extreme tantrum, it is likely to be referred to as a mood disorder.

Ronch [10]

Answer:

demand characteristics

Explanation:

According to my research on studies conducted by various psychologists, I can say that based on the information provided within the question John's response reflects the power of demand characteristics. This term refers to when an individual interprets a question or situation in a certain way and then unconsciously adapts their behavior or responses in order to fit that interpretation. Such as is being demonstrated by John responding yes even though he would not stop, solely because he interpreted that as being the ethical response.

What would be the appropriate measure to record the thickness of a dime? millimeters meters kilometers centimeters
Vadim26 [7]
I believe the correct answer from the choices listed above is the first option. The appropriate measure to record the thickness of a dime would be millimeters. This is because the thickness of a dime is very small measuring it using meter and kilometer would be tedious. Millimeter would be the most suitable one. Hope this answers the question.

Alinara [238K]

The following is missing for the question to be complete:

a. mere exposure

b. proximity

c. intrinsic motivation

d. proximal incentive

Answer: A. Mere exposure

Explanation: This phenomenon studied by Robert Zajonc, also known as the principle of familiarity, is in fact a psychological phenomenon where people tend to become inclined towards certain things not because they may actually like those things, but because they are familiar with them. So was Darnell, who, while he was not passing the coffee shop, did not even know that the coffee shop existed at all and was not the object of his interest, when, due to circumstances, he began to pass by it every day and began to like that coffee shop, only because he became familiar with it.

It's actually the effect of mere exposure, what we often see or hear about something we like more. Even, according to experts, if things are known to us for completely bizarre or unbearable reasons, we will tend to like them just because they are exposed to us on a daily basis.
