You should never leave cooked products near raw products as this can cause cross-contamination. If this happens, you could get food poisoning or even salmonella.

Do not push yourself too hard. go until you get pretty tired then rest then repeat. doing something small then building on each day will build up your strength and you will eventually be able to do more and more without resting as often. the key is to build resistance.
