Arabia, Iraq, Iran, and Kuwait benefit from having oil but Turkey does not

Explanation:

For instance, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, poverty is becoming a problem and several people are unemployed- even though Saudi Arabia is one of the wealthiest countries in the world. People in developing rural areas don't usually benefit much from oil.
