In a huuricane you should stay inside, board up your windows, and put sandbags at the bottom ofthe garage and doors of the house. In a tornado you should fill upyour bathtub and get to a room with no windows in the house and sit down.
I would say nonrenewable, because it renews itself at a rate slower than the amount of human use or consumption, so it would be more difficult to obtain. Hope this helps!
