Side Panel Expand side panel 7.01 Discussion: Sequences and Modeling with Functions Think about Pascal's triangle. Many numerica

l sequences exist in this triangle. Research/explore the triangle. Give an explicit or recursive rule or explanation for the sequence you found. For example, the sum of the diagonals gives the Fibonacci sequence. Give an example of where in the triangle your sequence is located.

Answer:

The sum of the triangle gives us the Fibonacci sequence. The sequence starts with 0 and 1, then adds along the road, such as 3+5=8, and 5+8=13.

It's a pattern going along while adding sequences together.

i hope this helps, it's not the best, but it works! :)

(you are multiplying 3 four times or 3 to the power of 4 )

2. The exponent is 4

( 3 is the number you are multiplying and the exponent or 4 tells you how many times you multiply the base which is 3)

3. The exponent tells you to multiply the 3 together 4 times

( 3x3x3x3 is multiplying the number 3, 4 times)

decide which part of the quadratic formula tells you whether the quadratic equation can be solved by factoring. −b b2 − 4ac 2a u
Romashka [77]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

A quadratic equation can be factorised if and only if there are rational roots.

For any quadratic equation the discriminant decides about the nature of roots.

Thus only if the discriminant is a perfect square we can have rational roots and in this case only factorization is possible.

In the given equation

2x^2+ 7x+ 3 = 0\\a=2, b=7, c=3\\b^2-4ac = 1

Since 1 is a perfect square we can factor and solve

2x^2 +7x +3 = 0\\(2x+1)(x+3)=0\\x=-1/2 or x = -3

Which property allows you to state if m4 + m5 = 59°, and m4 = 20°, then 20° + m5 = 59°??
Natalija [7]
Answer: Substitution Property

Think of "substitute" as in replacement. For example, your substitute teacher is a (<span>temporary) </span>replacement for your current teacher. In this case, we're replacing "m4" with "20 degrees".
