The area of a rectangular wall of a barn is 208 square feet. It’s length is 10 feet longer than twice it’s width. Find the length and width of the wall of the barn

Let w be the width of the barn; and 2w+10 be its' length. Then:
w(2w+10)=208
2w²+10w-208=0
w²+5w-104=0
(w+13)(w-8)=0
w=8
2w+10=26
