Personal style is not necessarily the best form of leadership, but it will be the easiest to adopt.

When Balancing  task- to relationship-oriented leadership, our personal style will most likely need a lot of adjustments.

Some leaders will have the personal style that make them more task oriented while some leaders' personal style can be relationship oritented.  In order to balance it out, the leader have to get out from their comfort zone and learn the leaderships style that they're not used to.
