It will help him decide where to put the park due to simple reasons such as you can not put a city park on top of a mountain or anywhere where this is already something their. City parks at least where I am from are larger so he would have to find a decent amount of land which the map would show, but he also want to pick somewhere where it is convenient for people to visit.
