When the nurse assesses the client's right side, there will probably be decreased breath sound. Pneumothorax refers to the presence of air or gas in the pleural cavity resulting in removal of the lungs from the chest wall. On examination breath sounds are usually absent on the affected part of the chest.

If the patient does not have the right support they could fall and injure themselves along with the caregiver and the caregiver needs to have the right angle to be able to support the patient because if they try to move too fast, the patient may get dizzy an the caregiver could easily hurt themselves too.
