Is it normal to bleed 1 week after wisdom teeth removal? just had my bottom two wisdom teeth removed, today marks exactly 1 week

since surgery. I started to use warm water in a syringe to wash the surgery site as I was told. I experienced light pain and bleeding right after, should I keep washing and is it normal?
