Mike wants to improve his endurance because he wants to try out for the cross country running team in the fall he works out at t

he local gym a few days each week and does a variety of activities but he still feels that that has cardiovascular fitness needs improvement what would be the best for my to do next

Sports such as soccer, basketball, squash and tennis may also may improve his cardiovascular fitness. He should also try to intensify and work out more frequent if he wants to improve.
