In Japan and Southwest Asia, bathing traditions revolved around bathhouses. A place where traditionally people came together communanly to bathe and share time. Whereas in the early times of Western Europe history bathing was not common due to economic weight of buying soap and heating water. In later times during the Renaissance era, similarly to Japan and Southwest Asia, bathhouses became a center for gathering with others to bathe and engage in dialogue.

Globalization refers to the increased interdependence of nations, which involves goods,services and cultures. In an ever shrinking world, threats to security poses a risk to communities across the world. This realization has enabled communities and nations to enter into treaties and agreements with an aim of sharing intelligence information on risks such as terrorism,cyber crime and sabotages of economic and political aspects.
There has been criticism from anti-globalization activists who compound that globalization has also globalized threats as it escalates cultural intolerance. This view is however not founded on the premise but the anti-thesis.

Both USA, USSR and other states spent absolute fortunes on space Research and technology. Space technology has lots of applications on earth. So not only did the space race create jobs in actuall research and development, it also created jobs in the manufacturing of new technologies.

All around the world countries were spending hundreds of millions or billions in weapons research and development as well as manufacturing. This led to the creation of hundreds of thousands of jobs and as this was the Cold War there was constant demand.

governments of both the USSR and the usa invested millions into other economies around the world creating a strong g economy. They did this to prop up governments, keep support high, and keep the economies strong.
