The estimate efficiency of aerobic cellular respiration of a molecule of glucose is energy of formation of atp from adp: ~ + 57 kj/mol. In Addition the aerobic cellular respiration uses oxygen and yields many more ATP molecules than anaerobic cellular and yields only two ATP molecules.
