Therefore, swimming alone is dangerous because if you start drowning, <em><u>no one in your close vicinity </u></em>can help you because there's one to hear your cries for help.
A rule fo thumb is to always swim with someone or near a crowd so you can call for help if needed. <em><u>Especially true, if you are swimming in a beach or ocean because rip tides can pull you towards ocean and drown you if unable to escape, so ALWAYS have company.</u></em>
The more harder that you work the more your heart is going to race and the more your lungs are going to get tighter because they are working together to make the body function the way it is supposed to
