Answer: The final sequencing map published on April 14, 2003, was reported to cover 99% of the euchromatic human genome. According to a quality assessment of the genome sequence published in 2004, 92% of sampling had an accuracy of more than 99.99%. With all of the resources that the united states has, why is it that we have the highest mortality rate of infants?.
melomori [17]

The main cause of the high infant mortality rate in the United States is premature births.

Why does the United States have the highest mortality rate for infants?

Infant mortality is the term used to describe infant deaths under one year of age.

The main cause of the high infant mortality rate in the US is these premature deliveries. Pre-term births can result from a variety of maternal factors, many of which are beyond the expecting mother's complete control, including high blood pressure, diabetes, the Zika virus and other diseases, as well as old age. While certain other aspects, like stress level, may be addressed, they are not totally under our control.

Contrarily, some risk factors are under your control, such using tobacco, alcohol, cocaine, and other substances. When talking about premature births and infant mortality, it's important to keep in mind the crucial problem of the absence of universal access to high-quality prenatal care.

Additionally, because approximately 50% of pregnancies in the US are unplanned, some women may not discover they are expecting in time to receive early prenatal care, which may contribute to the high rate of premature births in our nation.
