Your school district has debated the issue of allowing vending machines in schools. Some teachers say that children need to eat

something, and vending machines provide an easy option that can make snacks available before, during, and after school. Students often get snacks from the vending machines prior to the start of after school activities. On the other side of the issue are those who point out that vending machines offer high-calorie snacks that are full of sugar. They worry that students are diverting lunch money from the healthy options offered in the cafeteria to the unhealthy snacks in the vending machines.
Identify there solutions. Two solutions that would likely address the concerns of people on both sides of this issue, and one that would be the best solution
