Answer: b.Germinal, embryonic, fetal

Explanation:

The period from conception to birth generally includes the order that is germinal, embryonic and fatal.

Germinal period: It begins with the rapid cell division and differentiation of the blastocyst which is a cell mass acts as a precursor of new life. The germinal period last for 2 weeks.

Embryonic period: This period lasts for 8-10 weeks. In this period a process called as gastrulation occurs in which the three layers called as germ layers develop. The ectoderm is the outer layer, the mesoderm is the middle layer and the endoderm is the inner layer. Each germ layer differentiate into different structures.

Fetal period: It is the final stage of development of the fetus. It last for 10-40 weeks of pregnancy. It initiate from the embryonic period till the birth of the full term fetus. It involves the development and specializing of structures. Organ system of the fetus develops in this stage.

Heterozygous is another word for what?
tatyana61 [14]

Answer:

Heterojunction or having two identical alleles of the same gene.

Explanation:

A heterojunction is an interface that occurs between two layers or regions of dissimilar semiconductors. These semiconducting materials have unequal band gaps as opposed to a homojunction. It is often advantageous to engineer the electronic energy bands in many solid-state device applications, including semiconductor lasers, solar cells and transistors. The combination of multiple heterojunctions together in a device is called a heterostructure, although the two terms are commonly used interchangeably. The requirement that each material be a semiconductor with unequal band gaps is somewhat loose, especially on small length scales, where electronic properties depend on spatial properties. A more modern definition of heterojunction is the interface between any two solid-state materials, including crystalline and amorphous structures of metallic, insulating, fast ion conductor and semiconducting materials.

The medial cord is medial to the axillary artery and is formed by the ______ division of the inferior trunk; it contains portion
SpyIntel [72]

The medial cord is formed by the anterior division of the inferior trunk.

It contains portions of nerves C8-T1.

The medial cord is present in our neck and is a part of the brachial plexus. It is formed by the anterior division of the lower trunk. It is called the medial because it is medial to the axillary artery.

The medial cord leads to the formation of the medial pectoral nerve, medial cutaneous nerve of the arm, and medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm.

The nerves labeled as C refer to the nerves affecting the motor system in our neck and upper limb. Thus nerves from C8 work for the motor conventions of our upper limb and neck.

The nerves labeled as T are spread over our chest, shoulders, and hands. Thus, the nerve T1 works in the upper part of our body.

Nonspecific permeases a. allow a variety of molecules to cross the cytoplasmic membrane. b. allow only water to cross the cytopl
andriy [413]

Answer:

a. allow a variety of molecules to cross the cytoplasmic membrane

Explanation:

The cells have different molecules in its membrane. As a membrane the main function of it is to regulate the income and outcome of substances that the cell needs or the cell has like some wastes.

Some of these molecules can be some proteins like the permeases, that is going to  regulate the solutes that can enter the cell, but since they are non specific, that means that can not make the difference among one carbohydrate and another (as an example).

Whaht possible interactions of Earth’s systems that keep water flowing into the lake.
Nimfa-mama [501]

Answer:

Water's flow through the hydrologic cycle is driven by Earth's external energy source – the Sun. Running water also moves and deposits sediment that ultimately becomes part of the rock cycle, whose energy source also includes Earth's internal heat energy.
