Why should the fedral government have more power than state government? State over federal?

Federal Government > State Government

The rationale for this is that we live in a global world and need collective responses to global challenges. Instead of there being a Utah response and a Virginia response to the need for more STEM graduates, there should be a US response. Economies of scale also come into play. It can cost less and be more efficient to have resources centralized.

State Government > Federal Government

America was founded after a revolution rejected a strong central monarchy and America needs to continue to honor that by allowing citizens in Utah to have different approaches than Virginia. When convenient, the states can choose to collectively band together on issues like defense but that should be the exception and not the rule.

How did the discovery of electrons show that they are also prositive charge part of an atom
Elenna [48]
We know that electrons are negatively charged, so we need to explain why electrons are orbiting the atom in the first place.  The only logical explanation for this is by saying that there is a positive charge in the atom somewhere that attracts the negatively charged electrons to the atom.

Compare and contrast the medical research likely performed on Elsie with Gey’s research and Southam’s research. Does some medica
Ganezh [65]

Answer:

Yes. Southam's research was "more wrong"

Explanation:

They both didn't seek the informed consent of their patients and we're both wrong. However, Southam injected patients(both healthy and unhealthy) with cancerous cells to see how their bodies would react. This was terribly wrong seeing that he put unsuspecting patients in danger. Elsie on the other hand, collected tissue samples from his patients to conduct his research which is a clear violation of their rights but clearly not as deadly as Southam's.

mamaluj [8]

Answer:

Ambassador

Explanation:

According to my research on foreign affairs, I can say that based on the information provided within the question the JTF must coordinate closely with the Ambassador of the country on any military activity. This is because the ambassador represents the country and may have information that can cause serious repercussions if certain military action is taken or not taken.
