$(-4)\times(-3\frac{5}{6} )= (-4)\times(-3)\times(\frac{5}{6})$

Now, what we also know is that a negative number times a negative number is a positive number. And we also know that 4 times 3 is 12.

Writing the same thing in a more convenient way:

$12\times\frac{5}{6} = 12\frac{5}{6}$

So the answer is the second alternative
