Okay so lets give all of them the same denominator

31/40=31/40
3/4=30/40
4/5=32/40

i know 31/40 is greater than 3/4 because 3/4 equals 30/40 and i know 31/40 is less than 4/5 because it equals 32/40

i hope that made sense and helped

3/4 can be simplified to 30/40
4/5 can be simplified to 32/40

31/50 is greater than 3/4 (30/40), but is less than 4/5 (32/40)

In how many different orders can the objects be manufactured if exactly one of the objects must be completed immediately before
bazaltina [42]

Answer:

3628800

Missing Problem Statement:

A production line needs to manufacture 11 unique objects; and the order in which they're completed is important.

Step-by-step explanation:

One object must be completed immediately before another, which means that we can consider two objects in which one must be produced immediately before the other one, as one single unit, basically a pair.

Naming them object A and B, we can say

A and B must be produced one after another, so ,

AB being considered as one object and 9 other objects combined make total of 10 objects.

The different ways they can be manufactured = n!

Here n=10, since two objects A and B must be produced one after another.

The different ways they can be manufactured = n ! =10!=3628800

(-5, 12). Cosecant is the reciprocal of sine. Since csc theta =13/12, sin theta=12/13. We can narrow down to two angles, one in first quadrant and one in second quadrant. We are also given sec theta=-13/5, so cos theta=-5/13. Thus the angle is in the second quadrant. tan theta=1/cot theta=-12/5, so point (-5, 12) is on the ray.
