Trained athletes tend to have ________ heart rates and ________ stroke volumes than nonathletes at rest.
KIM [24]
<span>Trained athletes tend to have "low" heart rates and "high" stroke volumes than non athletes at rest..
</span>
Athlete's hearts are in reality more productive or efficient and along these lines don't need to function as hard as a non-athlete. An athlete has a bigger stroke volume which implies that they don't need to pump as frequently to accomplish the required cardiovascular yield. Aerobic training brings down the heart rate and expands stroke volume without changing cardiovascular yield at rest or for a given exercise power speaking to an economization of heart function.

How did the arabs and the jews quest for a homeland in palestine affect the middle east
bulgar [2K]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

The Arabs and the Jews' quest for a homeland in Palestine has affected the Middle East in that this confrontation has created one of the most conflictive and dangerous zones in the war since the western countries imposed their will to establish Jewish people in what today is Israel, a formerly Palestine territory.

The main causes of Arab-Israeli conflicts in the twentieth century have been the division of Palestine into separate Jewish and Arab states the US support for Israel’s military.

The Arab World is in permanent conflict with Israel, and vice versa. In 1947, the United Nations ordered the partition of Palestine into two territories. One for the state of the Jews, the other for the state of the Arabs. This situation has caused many conflicts since that time, including armed confrontations between Arabs and Israelites. Of course, the United States has always supported Israel in all forms, including military aid.

Who does nathan radley blame for trespassing on his property? what does the response of his neighbors suggest about racial tensi
Ede4ka [16]

In Chapter 6 of  "To Kill a Mocking Bird" by Harper Lee,  Nathan Radley blames a black man for trespassing on his property on a summer night. He is quick to accuse the black man of doing such action, when in fact it was Jem Finch who committed the act of trespassing.

This situation shows how when a crime is committed in Maycomb county, the whole community will be quick to believe the worst of black people, but will not actually stop to asses the situation with caution and justice. In the book, the situation is turned into a joke, when Miss Stephanie declares that the shot "scared him pale". Nobody is taking the situation as a serious one because they all assume that what Nathan Radley is saying is true, because the accused is a black person.

Why do people all over the world vote on and debate which structures are the greatest?
Oksana_A [137]
I think this could be a psychological phenomenon: people look for some symbols common to humanity, that would represent humanity as a whole.
The ancient Seven Wonders were a reminder of how far humanity has come and something that all the people who referred to them had a common: a wonder at how magnificent these structures were.
