Answer:

The ocean tides on earth are caused by both the moon's gravity and the sun's gravity. Even though the sun is much more massive and therefore has stronger overall gravity than the moon, the moon is closer to the earth so that its gravitational gradient is stronger than that of the sun

1) if I have a 30 mole sample of gas at a temperature of 120˚C, and a volume of 300 L. What is the pressure of the gas on the co
vivado [14]

Answer:

P = 3.23 atm

Explanation:

Given data:

Number of moles of gas = 30 mol

Temperature = 120°C

Volume of gas = 300 L

Pressure of gas = ?

Solution:

PV = nRT

P= Pressure

V = volume

n = number of moles

R = general gas constant = 0.0821 atm.L/ mol.K

T = temperature in kelvin

Now we will convert the temperature.

120+273.15 = 393.15 K

P × 300 L = 30 mol × 0.0821 atm.L/mol.K × 393.15 K

P = 968.33 atm. L /300 L

P = 3.23 atm

How many mol of nitrogen is in 0.30 mol of caffeine
creativ13 [48]
Recall that a mole is defined as Avogadros number of particles.
What the formula of caffeine basically tells us is that for every molecule of caffeine, you will have 4 atoms of nitrogen
So, if we have 0.3 moles of caffeine we will have 4*0.3 moles of nitrogen which is 0.12.
And you got the idea

Cheers
