what i did was 'separate' the cone and cylinder-

so the volume of cylinder formula is-

v=πr²h

and the volume for a cone is-

v=πr²h/3

now let us fill in the formulas with the information that we have-

v=π*2²*10=125.66

v=π*2²*4=16.76

now let us add the sums together-

125.66+16.76=142.42 in²
